Tyler is a Colorado native who has recently returned to the state after spending 6-years in Oklahoma in the Air Force. His time in the military required a lot of travel both internationally and state-side, providing him the opportunity to experience many styles of BBQ ranging from Central-Texas dives to South American steakhouses, and everything in-between.

Since moving back to Colorado Tyler has been honing his cooking skills and challenging himself by competing in BBQ competitions, as well as hosting backyard cookouts with friends and family. When Tyler is not behind the grill, he enjoys camping, traveling, trying new restaurants/ breweries and spending time with his wife and pets.
