Dave was born and raised in Littleton, CO and learned to cook from his mom starting at a very young age. Dave was working in the construction industry when he found his passion for BBQ and live fire cooking which eventually led him through the doors of Proud Souls Barbecue! Dave loves the great outdoors. Whether it's camping, hunting or fly fishing you can often find him exploring the beautiful state of CO.

When he's not working in the store, you may also find him with a beer in hand rooting on the Colorado Avalanche or cooking for his family on one of his many grills & smokers!
