Emery is a Denver Native who recently joined the Proud Souls Barbecue team after retiring from the Healthcare Industry. Emery's love of BBQ started over 25 years ago, he enjoys cooking for his family and friends, and trying new barbecue techniques. Emery knows his stuff, as a Certified KCBS Master Judge so don’t hesitate to ask him for tips and tricks in stores.

In his spare time, Emery likes to bike, golf, travel, and enjoy the Colorado outdoors.
